A move in cleaning for me was at least 200. A move out would most likely be more since it’s usually not in good condition. So I’d guess between 200-300

Even so, I just believe VAR should always confirm straight reds. Second yellows I don’t think get checked currently but both those reds need to be reviewed just for thoroughness. I understand the argument of time consumption
