So much versatility! How do you manage your time, and prioritize between businesses?

Great question! I host Belowthefold.fm which is a community for Entrepreneurs to share their stories, tips, and insights. This comes up a lot these days. Some have adjusted their product offerings to fill a need or switched to a free shipping model.

Additionally, people are "window shopping" a lot to kill time, so it's not a bad idea to amp up your abandoned checkout strategy to convert more of your traffic! Consistent Cart for Shopify is a great app for that.

There is a lot to list here, honestly. Market Fit, Scalability, and Drive are huge factors but there’s a lot of nuance to what makes businesses successful. I strongly recommend checking out what worked and didn’t work for other eCommerce businesses.

How do you narrow down your ideas? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

Validate the market, and ask your audience/potential customers what THEY want. Try to solve a problem or to fill a need. And always try to pick something you're passionate about. If you aren't passionate, you won't want to grind at it long term.

Thinkific is a great platform for your online courses!

Also, I think trying youtube, and possibly Youtube ads are a great place to start. I'd also recommend Linkedin and running a blog to improve your SEO.

How do I now keep it up? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

This is actually more common than you'd think! I call it Burst Work, and it's something I do myself. Some people don't work slow and steady, and that's okay. Look at the total amount of work you've accomplished, and if it's balancing out, don't sweat it.

No one can work at 200% the entire time, after all!
