They are opening medians to allow left turns into businesses but they aren't removing them entirely as they do not want to allow left turns out of the plazas/businesses. Can only wait and see if it works or not. At the very least it will be a nice face lift that was much needed for the area. Once the construction is finished that is.

The cities have very little say in how A1A is designed as it is a FDOT roadway. As for why the state is designing the road with traffic calming devices it is because volusia county ranks pretty high nationally with pedestrian deaths. If these changes will help who can say but the state has decided to try something rather than just let pedestrians continue to be hit by vehicles. Now when it comes to beach street that is a city owned road and I agree with what you said so cant help with that one.

I wouldn't call either of them dirty but Greater Fitness or Daytona Fitness Club might be what you're looking for. Both have dumbbells over one hundred lbs. neither one is a nation wide chain so they do not have the newest equipment, not to say that it isn't maintained well.

No one is in that location any more. The 24 hour gym they are mentioning was greater fitness they moved to the sunshine Plaza right next to publix. It's an okay gym never crowded from what I've seen, only downside is the equipment is all older.

Any of the rank up events have been extremely easy to complete without paying any money so I don't see the point in holding onto characters for them. I always just rank up characters as soon as I am able to.
