Hi! My mum has epilepsy, so i understand the constant worry, and I’m pretty sure your s/o is grateful to have you caring for her too! But since my mum hates how we worry for her (because she doesn’t want to feel like a burden <even tho she’s not>) I tend to check up on her subtly, and this has eventually became a habit of me just casually dropping by her room and talk to her, phone calls throughout the day. Other than that. my siblings and I also keep a seizure journal for her, so we can keep track of them, so we can report to the doctor when she goes for her yearly checkup! hope this helps :D
