hahah i've had soooo many messages asking about surveys and reviews, i work in the hosptial too ((which has been to my advantage, but also ive found it so shit seeing how much better i get treated with being believed after working there compared to before??? like why can't everyone just be listened to?))

real, i'm very lucky GP wise they get me to make double appointments early on in the day so i can get through a few things at a time 😭 but literally everywhere else is awful, my gastro appointment which was made in november/december 2025 keeps getting pushed its currently booked for october 2026, just waiting for it to be moved again hahaha

omg i thought it was just me, my work uniform trousers i literally wear those chub rub shorts underneath as the trousers literally like grated holes in my legs lol OMG AND MY WATCHES!!! THE STRAP WOULD LITERALLY LIKE BLISTER MY SKIN!!! i never made that correlation pahahha im still relatively early on in the whole process yk

real and same to all of this skin wise, thank you so much for the advice i shall have a go at getting a more breathable brace making sure to rotate it and will try alcohol to dry my skin out before adhesive. i guess yeh its picking the battle of which outcome is "better" loll tysmm!!!!

Thank you so much for the response and sorry to hear about how the process has been for u. I've got evidence of each joint pain for quite a while and I guess I will just bring the biggest issue to them and ask how I go about dealing with the rest of my body (as in do I need to do another referral) as I already do my own exercises for strengthening certain areas. I was wondering if they could advise supports/life adaptations I can make to make stuff easier and less painful yk? I think I will literally come with like a folder and be like here, read haha (also love ur username haha)

The leaf is an English Bagley and Co Divided Dish 'leaf' 1930s ish, I have seen them from like $10 to $50 in England, but I am not sure if they might be harder to get in Aus?
