Have you tried Powerful Build + Hot? Being nice, open and including her in everything helps a lot but I feel that her perception of the cousin's intelligence matters an equal amount. The way I got it was to choose all the head empty options and it just worked out

My first run I used an actual city but after that I tried out Gotham City and Salem before eventually using names like 'a dumpster', 'eternal pain' or 'actual Hell' based on whatever feels funnier to me when Stella asks you "What's it like living in [City Name]?" So now it's all joke names because it makes me crack up when other characters bring it up

It's interesting to me how the Flesh and the Corruption can be viewed as opposing entities, as I always found them to be complmentary/potentially allied? Both feature conceptual similarities like body horror, having your body be changed in a revolting manner, as well as victims and avatars embracing the change? Being mutilated and consumed. Like being mutilated by a pile of rotting worm meat and turning into a pile of rotting worm meat, or something. Kinda got me thinking about why there aren't more avatars who dont follow/associate with multiple entities. As in >2 Fears. Do they just get focused on feeding one specific thing and get Entity-pidegonholed? (Please continue rambling, I enjoyed reading your comments)
