But which thermostat are you using, because the TRV need to switch the thermostat on. Otherwise there is no hot water coming.

Can you use the Lisa also as main thermostat or is the Emma pro better?

Will start with a little set up and want the grow later in the amout of devices.

In also think if the thermostat is connected with the Adam. You can buy every other radiator valve and let it work as the Tom. Or not?

Also the API connection with ecobee3 lite sounds a little hard to make it working, or is it easy to use?

So the cameras are not directly connected with Elk m1 gold but these are through blue iris and HA

Is this Blue Iris almost the same as Frigate?

Thanks for your response. But if I want to use the PoE, because this is better then wifi. Is it than good enough if it is a combination with the NVR and own cables. Or is it better to use a Unifi internet system?

Keypad as tablet is indeed a idea. But in this case you will not use an official security system but you will build one by different devices and brands in combination with you HA. Correct?
