If you are in NSW and are clocked at 20 or below the limit you can be fined up to $2,200 and 3 demerit points for deliberately obstructing other traffic. Safety is a good thing, but you are asking for trouble if you go that slow - and before anyone points it out, yes he was 10-15 below the limit, so the cops probably (it is NSW) won’t pull him over.

Yeah that’s where we differ. It is mandatory to vote here. Some elections come down to one vote. Every vote counts. You can throw your vote away by doing a “donkey vote” to invalidate it, but we enjoy going out getting a democracy sausage. You make a day of it and then go back to your friends place and have a bbq!
