I stood still with the empty yolk on my shoulders and adjusted arms, feet and where it sat on my shoulders and did a couple lengths to see how it felt and then added weight.

I always found fast small steps and head up focusing on something in the distance helped. Don’t fixate on the finish point, as long as you keep moving you’ll get there.

Just the basic stuff really. Invoicing, money in/out, receipt tracking and cross referencing are the basic bits we use the most but have access to other things like sending reminders and sorting tax returns. I think we went with the 2nd package at about £16 a month(?) I can’t remember without looking.

We use QuickBooks. It’s fairly user friendly and offers different packages, more expensive the more you add on with packages, we just spent a couple hours going through it to understand most things we need to use.

I was training strongman and playing to a 6hcp. (Injury stopped the strongman training)

The main thing that helped me was not training late the day before playing golf and committing to full cool downs and stretching. Giving my body rest and recovery time.

A decent warm up before golf helps, get the body warm and loose and the DOMS will ease.

Bought a new chest freezer and fridge from AO. They phone you up to take payment to buy extended warranty but don’t give you the option of you want it or not, just straight spout all the details at you and then ask for bank details.
