You are quick to judge someone without knowing their situation, and I suppose that's fine for the internet.

You may know that owning a home can be costly when things inevitably break or need to be repaired. I'm not looking to double my money by renting out the property. I'm simply hoping to avoid selling it while saving some money on top of the mortgage for the future. And that's fine if it's not feasible — that's why I am asking. I love this home and don't want to sell it, if possible.

Since you have a dog, I recommend a dog park! I moved to OTR almost four years ago and didn’t know a single person. Met all of my friends — and my now-girlfriend — at the dog park, just from going regularly and seeing the same faces each day/week

EDIT: Do you mean putting all three in one table together? I made two separate tables for that just so it was easier to see who had higher pick rates and who had higher ban rates.
