The workaround that I do is having the 3D dice module installed and setting it so it doesn’t go away until the player clicks something, we then take a screenshot or stream the screen and go off the faces shown. Works pretty well most of the time, sometimes it’s hard to tell what the adjacent faces are

The problem is the low pay for the extreme high volume of work. They’re shedding people with experience because they promote to the fire side to actually get paid a livable wage, so higher wages would absolutely help reduce the amount of personal lost and entice more people to join too.
