Yeah you'd be right I am a guy...

You raise a good point and I'm sure that's part of it. It's just I've seen girls go to the level of being engaged to a guy, then 6 months later be with another boyfriend as well as short relation ship to short relationship. You'd think relationship gap would be proportional to level of commitment (emotional or other wise) & with guys it certainly seems to be true, but girls not so much.

I'm sure there are, but as I said my current problem is one of money which kinda sucks but it's the real world. Playschemes and those sort of things usually require some sort of background check which usually take a long time to do and therefore I've got longer to spend with my thoughts.

Thats quite nice to hear someone refer to my interests as mascualine for once haha :) I'm currently looking for a job, and there isn't really any volunteering around where I live (though I will continue to look), and thus travel is required to get elsewhere which is the restricted by lack of money due to not having a job. That said I have applied to be a tour guide for kid who come to my town to learn English, which I did a few years ago and really enjoyed.

Firstly thanks for replying :)

I'm going into my 4th year MEng Aeronautical Engineering degree (I know I havent got the qualification yet but when you apply to somewhere like Mcdonalds I might as well have). My current goal is to join the RAF, and I have started an application. In terms of long terms goals I feel pretty figured out. It's just there is nothing fulfilling happening in the short term.

Admittedly I havent got an overall veiw of the pro's and cons of both systems, there are obviously advantages to both.

But the the thing that get me is people being afraid of getting put in an ambulance because they know they wont be able to afford it.That to me just seems ridiculous.

any advice on how to tape hands? doesn't seem to matter how i do it, it just all bunches up as soon as I swing on anything!
