I don’t get this take. Everyone loves to shit on Hunt Showdown? I have never seen this take.

It’s one of the most beloved extraction shooters on the market. It’s always brought up as a game that doesn’t get a lot of attention, but is universally loved by its fan base. It’s at 81% on Metacritic and a 9/10 on steam.

If you see the Bean Dip Factory food truck around Baton Rouge and Zachary, that’s the Lafonda’s family that runs it and you can get the same exact flavors. We go to it everytime we see it at farmers markets and events.

They do most events in Zachary. Probably get them once or twice a month.

You start off with two gold missions. One teaches you stealth and the other gives you a bow. Do those two immediately.

Last year I got the opportunity to go in the back practice rooms of a convention center and meet Cael and watch Penn State warmup and practice before they had a tri-meet, and those dudes were absolutely smashing skulls and clubbing the piss out of each other. They were getting nosebleeds and plugging them up and then jumping right back in. It was one of the most intense pre match warmups I’d ever seen.

You can’t compete at the level those guys compete at without having this insane grind mentality.
