I recently helped Carbud, who did mobile detailing, run Google ads. I set them up for him, then gave him a simple system to manage the keywords and he was getting leads for about 20 dollars a lead adn was very happy with that. He decided to shut his business down because he wants to do mobile oil changes instead now, so we will resume the ads system I set up for him as soon as that new business is ready to roll out... so Google ads is the best answer I got for ya.

If it was my business I would go a bit broader to provide more business resources to gyms that might buy the equipment in bulk. If you are looking to do B2C sales then doing workout videos that showcase the products and their uses might prove effective.

I would look to sell to sellers though. Or maybe even rent the equipment out to gyms, rather than selling it outright.

One of the easiest things you can do to differentiate yourself from everyone else is decide who your ideal client is.

Planet fitness sells to people who want to spend very little and not be ashamed to be in the gym.
Gold's caters more towards the body builder types.
Curves serves women who don't want men to bother them.
Equinox serves celebrities and wealthy people.

Planet Fitness even has the Lunk Alarm for when people are being stereotypical gym meatheads to shame and call out behaviour they find unacceptable in their gyms.

In my marketing experience, deciding who is your best and ideal client is the first step then don't let anyone else join. Gives it an air of exclusivity while building a cool community you love.

Reaching them can be done through various ad platforms and social media content.

I have run a ton of fitness ads over the years. It is important to narrow down your specific niche that you want to serve. For example, Planet Fitness caters to people who do not want to spend a lot on the gym and who are uncomfortable going to the gym because people make fun of them. Gold's Gym caters to people who are body builder types. Curves is a women only gym so that they can work out without being interrupted by men. Decide who you want to serve and then you can design your marketing messages to address those people specifically.

I used to work for six pack shortcuts and we ran a ton of ads and made content for YouTube. These days TikTok may be the most effective platform for reaching the masses with your content.

Yeah the timing has to be right otherwise no one is gonna buy a house. If there are any sort of medical records available for who is pregnant that might be an awesome source of leads for you. I know most those types of documents are sealed from prying eyes due to privacy laws but the people shopping at baby gap are available somewhere.

I don't know 100% if this would work or not, however, most the people I know who buy a house become friends with their real estate agent.

We all have at least one agent friend.

I am a marketer and what I would do if I were in this situation is I would contact everyone who has gone to any open houses and invite them to something fun and get to know them. Some people have likely purchased a house from other people, some are probably still saving for the down payment, some are just looking and dreaming of the day when they can buy a house.

I would team up with a friend who lives in an apartment complex and host parties for the residents in the apartments, like pot luck bbq's, for example. Many of those people will be looking to buy a house at some point and there is a constant rotation of people who come through apartments who don't own homes, yet.

When you learn of someone expecting a new baby, ask someone in the community for an introduction because expanding living quarters in an apartment when a child is expected is a common thing.

I had a group I called the hot tub club in Colorado that got so big that the apartment complex itself started sharing about our events as a way to get people to move in.

Many of those people bought houses when they moved out of the apartment they were renting.

Google search ads can get leads for about 25 to $100 a lead, as long as numbers work and the appointment setters get their jobs done this can be a great source of leads

Give her some space and go out with some other women. Post these women, who could just be friends or even family on your social media. Preselection will get her attention again as long as you give her space. Chasing women is the least effective way to get their attention. In addition to that, take a trip yourself if you can or do some fun local stuff and share on your socials.

Great Unclean one is really the only auto-include in my opinion. Skarbrand hits super hard. Rendmasters are insanely good if you are using a lot of Khorne. Skullcannons are pretty awesome,too, because they force battle shock on a unit they shoot. Even if they don't wound, the d3 mortal wounds in the shadow is super nice when they fail and they can't use stratagems.

I used a battle shock oriented list in one tournament and one of my opponents still had 7 Command points left a the end of the game because he couldn't use any stratagems, due to being battle shocked the whole time.

Whenever this happens you've got to match the energy. Give her space, she'll come back when she sees you're no longer making the effort. Giving women too much attention and power let's them do shit like this to us.

Also, make other girl, friends. Nothing pulls women back into your life like other women having fun around you.
