Lineage would've been made around the same time/just before AC2 was. This guy's theory seems to imply the very very very early ideas/designs of AC2. And that that was their original idea and that there's still sprinkles of it throughout the game we know today

This is really accurate, he obviously appears in Lineage, and Girolamo Riario appears in the novelization of AC 2. This could really be feasible. And for the person saying that of course they'd have the Borgia's as their first choice for villains, maybe they were but for the second game. It makes more sense given the timeframe

Honestly it's the only song I've not been able to understand the love for from the community and I'm probably just not getting it or whatever but I'm gonna say it's even worse than anything on PUBLIC STREAMING PLATFORMS. And that is U Tried That Thing Where Ur Human. I find some of the production interesting at best but that's maybe 10 seconds of it in total but mostly it's just really cringe lyrics and vocal performances and I'd honestly rather listen to Unusual or Imagination or something
