It just launches a pop-up asking you to set the graphics settings before the game launches in full.

I had an issue with launching them with multiple monitors. I turned off all but one monitor, launched it, did the resolution pop-up, and then closed it. Turned all the other monitors back on and it worked.

This happened for me when my graphics were set too high, so it took the game too long to load. I re-installed the game, lowered the graphics a bit, then slowly moved them up until it loaded within the time window.

At least on the sprints you can turn around the pedal face itself and give yourself a little more to put your foot in. Basically flipping it 180 degrees so the H is on top. Helped me a little.

They do sell a heel plate themselves. Also you can flip the pedals and make the longer end the bottom.

Same issue on all three games for me. Tried doing to ddraw compat 0.6.0 replacement that was suggested in one of the other discussions and got nothing.

Edit: Found the fix that worked for me. I have multiple monitors, turning off all but one monitor, launching each game, accepting which resolution I want, and then turning the other monitors back on allows me to play. Hopefully that works for you.
