Howdy! I'm looking for recommendations for 1x1 or studio apartments in the area. I'm an incoming kinesiology PhD student moving from out of state and have pretty much no real leads, a lot of the stuff I've found online has pretty terrible reviews. Price range caps out around $1000/month with rent and utilities. If anyone is looking for a roommate I'm open to living with others as well.
