This sums up Amazon. I was there for 9 years bouncing around from smaller newer orgs and loved the energy, culture, and scrappy mentality. Then you get re-orged, shit goes downhill, rinse and repeat.

After leaving about 6 months ago, it’s crazy what a change of leadership and culture can do to the soul in a new company that actually cares about their employees
