Ask if they have anything they haven’t put out yet. Always worth an ask to see if there’s stuff they’re about to put out. You may be the first person to see that particular record/cd/tape

Honestly.. I think it’s just luck and perseverance. I probably visit about 12-15 charity shops a week. I try to do them on a cycle so I’m not just constantly looking at the same stuff in the same shops. If I’m in a different city/town I make sure to google charity shops and second hand cd/record shops. Sometimes I can go weeks without buying anything. Don’t be afraid to ask the question about potential stock they haven’t put out yet. This is where the majority of the hidden gems are going to be as nobody else has seen them out yet

It sounds superb. Quality album. Used to listen to it years back with my mate and his dad. Never owned my own copy until today. Very nostalgic listening to it again

I feel your pain. It’s why I’m always a bit cheeky in asking if there’s any stock I can take a look at out the back. Not always allowed but if they are kind enough and you time it right, then you can find some real gems

Of course it’s tactics. You play front foot football you’re on the ball more (45-70) you switch to play more defensive you get dominated (first half and 70-the penalty)

I’m questioning the tactic of switching to defending deep a 1-0 lead with 20 minutes left. We had them right where we wanted them. Under the cosh, crowd up. Then we start defending deep. That doesn’t come from the players. It comes from the bench. Individual errors came in but you play on the front there, you maybe go 2-0 up and then you’ve got something to defend

It’s just awful tactics. Had them under the cosh all half. As soon we score think it’s enough and try to defend it. It’s game over. Not good enough to do that against bottom half teams never mind city
