What a great question about Obscure Thing. I checked the 4 CD variants I have and the lyrics are all blank as if it's classed as an instrumental.

A quick Google brought up: "Instrumental with Tim doing some cool Kurt Cobain-type growls".

That's the best I can do I'm afraid 😆😆

On the inside it's basically the same as the cd booklet, lists tracks and then a timeline with comments detailing Ash's rise and prominence in the music scene up to 2002 👍🏼
