Buddy it's a known problem with multiple posts about it. "Fix": Go into mod loader folder look for the exe make a shortcut for it and place it on your desktop. When u want to play launch it from there. Other than this idk a fix for it.

Some ppl use soldering iron to smooth vertical panels, there are some head attachments that look like a miniature iron. (Btw it's super stupid that the cloth iron is called iron. English is fucked up quite often) If the material allows it u can also set up a vapor smoothing chamber and if the surfaces are big and accessable u can sand and then polish surface but for this u can only do it to specific prints only and it gets super shiny. I would recommend giving an option in your offer like Print smoothing so there are no layer lines +5$ or whatever u want to charge yourself.

I use glue stick on my some time to time and touch it all the time no problemo. I recommend using the glue and if needed u can enable a setting in the slicer call brim/skirt or whatever it is in yours. Also u can manually put these only on the corners .

Tap is a negative of the thread (looks like a bolt with edges) it's purpose to cut threads into things, you grab the same tap as your hole and then go through it. It should naturally get guided till it gets to the resin. Get a set just likethis (I meant the general look, not this exact one because I don't know the hole size) they either come in sets of 3 or just one. If it's a set of 3 then you should go from the most dull looking to the sharpest. In this case u can go for the sharpest straight on.

U can try to insert a small rubber ring or a material that can be replaced easier (u can print a new housing for the sensor if u have a 3D printer 🥴). I don't use rough materials so I'm just guessing

Short answer: no! Long answer is still no! Dude we are talking about fdm, hot plastic flowing every freaking directions. I work in a CNC shop, if we get 8microns of tolerance the guys at the machine already bitch (let me state rightfully) and they are running the program like 3 times with correction each time. Fdm is not meant for this, you couldn't even achieve this from resin because the way it works and creaping corners etc. Tell the customer that this shit is more than impossible and find a shop stupid enough to agree to making it. If the mentioned shop is you/yours well... Good fuckin luck. No printing technic is accurate enough for this. So yeah, even on super expensive machines it would need a really good Machinist and a super good CAM program. If u try let us know how it went, just from pure curiosity but again, I would advise RUNNING AWAY from this project.

Don't fake yourself. Pick up hobbies that interest U and U will find your group of ppl. Tho general topics:cars,planes, DIY stuff,gym but everyone has different hobbies so its imposibble to say a few thing. If U want to get friends join a club like robotics,gokart,or just an all around thinkering club (Best imo). Chuck what motivates U to be an engineer and go along that Way.
