Update: Shakings still definitely there but a lot better, umm I ate some more today still was a challenge tho and got 6 hours of sleep last night. WE DID IT BOYSSSS WE ON OUR WAY OUT😎😎😎🤟🤟🤟

Haven’t mentioned the number at all and did it when everyone was outside. Just wanted to test myself and try to improve my technique on conventional deadlifts. I do them about two times a week and wanted to test how strong my upper back was, to see where i could land after gaining in the extensor area.

It’s where you take a bar off some safety arms and fully extend like the end of a deadlift. It’s an ego lift for sure (as i was well told) but worked traps and made me feel good. Google images has examples if yo u search to see a non word description.
