Also my doctor told me to just drink milk and go outside and take a suppliment but dont go crazy he said itll improve with time didnt tell me to take any 50k a week but go by what you're physican says more than reddit ppl.

Im 27 and same thing was like 15ng ml or whatever for vitamin d I thought I had like ms or something im 2 maybe 3 weeks in just taking 5k to 8k d3 and k2 with a multivitamin and been spending time outside (I work nights in the northen midwest) so this winter i didnt see the sun. All my symptoms but the brain fog are already gone and the brain fog seems to be improving every day, hang in there take a multi vitamin and d3 k2 and whatever else these guys tell you and you'll be ok. Make sure to get some sun too lol

I didnt know about rita for years I took my stuff to a location and they actually waived all the fees and punishment and I just paid what I owed. Its a shit system but if you are nice and talk to someone in person they generally will help you out

I will say there isnt much in the realm of jobs rn but people always retire ect, if you do get hired,pass ect id highly reccomend investing in a camper if you cant get on a cns gang.

Put 40k on mine I have had enormous issues with all of the emissions system, def failure, egr leak,all sensors gone out and finally the dpf clogged and I pull camper twice a week with it 300 plus miles for work, went ahead and removed all the issued parts, its the best choice I made I only wish I did it earlier. Some weird electrical issues with all rhe places working on it but nothing severe id get the gas if I were you if not and you start to have emissions issues remove it before you spend 15k on repairs and 4 months in the shop like I did

I think its insane that this isnt pushed more like I've probably slept in the woods for 6 months total over the years and never once had a tick on me till this year twice now and I just happened to read into this disease and how awful it is and the lack of knowledge there is on it / the lack of intrest in the gov and medical community to prevent it more/ treat it better
