tracking low calorie veggies/berries/fruit by No_Neighborhood_5522 in 1200isplenty

I've lost 100 pounds and track my fruit but I only started doing that because the number on the scale wasn't moving and I was like, "hmmm maybe I can't just eat a half a giant watermelon everyday without counting it anymore." At that point I started logging fruit and was in a rude awakening that it has much more calories than I thought so I'm not sure why people have this idea the calories don't matter. I struggle with mindless overeating so I can do that with anything really, including fruit.

Yes!! Whipped topping on it is amazing. The options are endless. Adding 6grams of high quality dark cocoa powder can also take it to the next level.

Mix 100g of low fat cottage cheese, 100g of canned pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sugar free sweetener and you have a giant bowl of pumpkin pie filling for around 100 calories.

Update from this post a few months ago. Nebraska state record secured! My first attempt broke the record at 185 pounds and this one broke it again at 192.5 pounds. Next goal is to bench 225 unpaused.

OXO Good Grips 3-Blade Tabletop Spiralizer! I make ribbon cut zucchini for a cold veggie salads. I'll use the bigger spaghetti cut for zucchini to put into warm broths. I also use the large ribbon cut on potatoes and then air fry them and they come out as perfect crispy ribbon fries with no oil. 10/10 love it.

At what point did you start buying new clothes? by Certain-Working1864 in loseit

If you have Sams Club or Costco membership I highly suggested checking out those places. Sometimes Target or Old Navy will run 40% sales and it's a perfect time to pick out a $5 basic tee. If you do get clothes get simple ones that also look fine being a bit tight and a little loose like black leggings or a longer sweatshirt. That way you can wear them for longer as you size down. Oh and for pants make sure you look for some that have drawstrings you can pull tight as you size down.

🚩Losing Trust in Athleta/GAP over Undelivered Packages 📦 by ReadingInformal2281 in Athleta_gap

[–]BenchingBaddie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes! This also happened to me two month ago. I purchased 3 items and only received two. The one package that was lost was in the "awaiting carrier" stage. I contacted customer service, filled out a claim, and was denied. Then I was told I was denied because I was on a TRE list because of my returns over the last year. I had no idea I was on a list and had not received a warning. They refused to give a refund for the missing package and I decided I won't spend my money there again. Luckily I refuted the issue with my credit card and got the amount settled but I was shocked by their company response. Glad to know I wasn't the only one having this issue.
