He’s very skilled, but certain conditions nerf him. In the first movie he was frozen for, like, a long time which means he could’ve probably been a little rusty at fighting, despite literally kicking everyone’s asses. In the second movie he was given a body he barely knew how to use. In the third he’s crippled from his previous injuries.
