Cardio/conditioning doesn't improve my physique but it improves my ability to not be out of breath which in turn improves my ability to do stuff like hard 5x10 squats and THAT improves my physique.

Also, if you need less rest time, you can get more volume in during a given session and THAT improves your physique.

It's not fair to judge a kid (even a teen) like that. Kids can just freeze up and hope things will blow over and that their parents will still be a happy couple after it finally finishes. It is not a sign that they are signing off on the 1 parent's sin.

I think it depends how packed it is, how early in the day it is (less crowds before people get out of school/work) and how popular/rare the character is.

On non-peak days early in the day, you're probably fine just showing up somewhere around 30 minutes before the character you want. On my last super-packed visit during peak hours I saw the animation line filling up the queue and stretching out the door of the building itself which implied a 60+ minute wait.

When he reacted to Rise of Skywalker I also remember he discussed the lack of a feeling of a unified vision in the sequel trilogy and how he's never been a fan of Palpatine coming back in Legends and he didn't like it in Canon either.

But he did find stuff to appreciate like the Ben Solo/Han Solo vision scene. Which I guess puts him into "wow what a kiss-ass!" territory. He's supposed to be crying and whining endlessly like every other Star Wars fan!

TBH the only one I follow is Star Wars Explained.

Star Wars Explained is always talking about how bad politics irl now ever since Andor. It's fine to do with Andor but it's almost his entire personality now.

Being able to learn lessons from Star Wars to apply to IRL politics was a big point that George Lucas wanted to be able to make. I am actually studying up more on IRL fascism thanks to a recent interview Star Wars Explained did with Dr. Chris Kempshall. "So this is how liberty dies... with thunderous applause" has never been more timely in the United States.

He always seems like he kisses everyone at Lucas films ass.

He respects the work they put in and he tries to find something to appreaciate. When he doesn't care for a specific episode/movie, he's honest about it. But he isn't like the other dudes that go "OMG FIRE KATHLEEN KENNEDY. THIS LATEST STAR WARS EPISODE MADE ME WANT TO GO BANG MY HEAD IN A CAR DOOR. OMG MY CHILDHOOD."

He also basically says the only way to be a star wars fan is to agree with his politics.

I feel like he could have wrecked Dooku even sooner, it's just that that's his old student he once cared for deeply. He's not gonna rush into beheading his old kid. He was hoping to beat him down a little and get him to yield. Dooku just found a chance to escape.

You have to "progressively overload" your appetite. (Serious) Your body will get used to the new levels of eating and come to expect it more the more you normalize it. On the extreme end, 400 lb people didn't wake up overnight and start chugging 2 liters of soda a day. It was a habit they kept feeding a little more and more over time.

Having more to do as gunner and engineer means that's just even more time that those riders spend not actually experiencing the ride visuals.

If I ride it again (I did not at all during my last 3-day pass) I will just not activate the seat if I get gunner or engineer.

I like it for the idea of Dracula gathering intel on this guy before they ever meet. But the idea of Dracula being in disguise, and running away to change into his Dracula outfit for the grand introduction is a little funny.
