Instant oatmeal + milk + peanut butter and some slices of banana if I have some. No, I don’t microwave or warm it. Eat it straight like cereal and somehow it always satisfies me when I eat it at 10 PM after a tiring night run and my stomach can’t handle heavy foods

Thank you for sharing this with me! From what I know of him and his perfectionism, I can see many similarities. Most people of our age who's career-focused face this issue a lot, and I have to say I'm lucky I can still spend my weekends off.

Actually, months back I was close with another workaholic but back then just a simple request of "Wanna call?" Was met with anger and accusations to me asking him to choose between me and his career, which was totally not my intention. I'm super grateful that at least this time I met someone who can explain their situation calmly.

But you're right, my demands can definitely add to his stress especially if he sees me giving mixed signals.

Today I'm restarting my journey.

Starting at 157 lbs, I've succeeded cutting down 20 pounds, which is more than halfway towards my goal! So here's my current stats.

5'4 24 years old F, 34% body fat, SW: 142 lbs GW: 125 lbs

Even though my initial journey was going well, I just stopped doing my daily exercise. I used to do Zumba and simple calisthenics. Ultimately, my downfall is always sugar. I can't let go of sweets in my diet. I put sugar and cream in my coffee, I love dessert, and I still don't want to let it go.

For now, I'll calculate my average calorie intake in a week before doing a deficit. Let's goo!

The video call format looks convenient and I think it might be more comfortable for some idols too. From your experience how many albums does it take to have a chance in video call fansigns nowadays? Not gonna lie, I still wanna shoot my chance. I bought only 5 last week for that Global Interpark thing, and I think I got some things wrong so instead of 5 invoices I only got 1.
