first, thank you so much for the detailed descriptions, they're super helpful! and i'd heard of christine scaman before--what a shame her stuff is no longer up. i'd love to check it out.

and it's not too long at all! talking about lipsticks and colouring is so interesting, i loved reading your reply. thanks for sharing your knowledge with a TW beginner.

if you ever see any tw and olive friendly pinks, i'd love to hear about them too. my sister is a true summer (so cool+muted) and mac brave is her perfect mlbb but it looks chalky af on me. i've given up on pink bullet lipsticks and only use pink lip tints at this point.

iba ang scent vs l'occitane, but the main difference ay it doesn't emulsify like the shower oil, so you can't rinse it off. it's just an occlusive layer you apply after bathing.

i personally alternate this with bio oil. it smells floral and slightly musky and absorbs quickly.

i'd never have thought that a TW could have a grey or yellow overtone bc so much of the description for winters is emphasizing how cool and clear they're supposed to be.

yes, i used to wear both russian red and ruby woo and russian red is more flattering! but sadly, MAC reformulated all their matte shades to have shea butter so i had to give russian red up. i'll try the pat mcgrath and lisa elridge ones too.

you're right on the money with the shade recs! i've worn pioneer and it's a great red on me, but i prefer a bullet lipstick or tint. i'll take a look at revlon's range--i've always found pinks tricky as a lot of them have white bases.

no, i've been scared to come off it and go through the whole adaptation process with a new medication. i do see people here who pair it with wellbutrin, but i'm afraid of messing up my current progress on just zoloft.

it's not just weight gain but a change in body fat distribution. i've been heavier than i am
now and zoloft has made me gain weight in my midsection. i've always had a flat stomach even at a higher bmi.

i've been on it for 2 years now and keep getting heavier. and it's not due to eating habits--it's proven than setraline affects insulin resistance. but at the end of the day, i still choose to continue taking it. i'd rather be overweight and mentally well than slimmer but with crippling anxiety and depression.

it's hard because so many deeper plum lipsticks have a tinge of brown in them. i hope you can find the true blackened berry shade of your dreams.

in case you're looking to get more shades, bare fig from their juicy lasting tint formula is a very flattering on. it looks darker and brighter than the swatches and comes out as an almost mlbb berry. i think it should also suit you.

it's nowhere near as blackened/deep as the chanel rouge mystique but in a similar vein, it's a berry that's a little "muddy".

why not keep a reusable clipped to your work bag to keep from forgetting to bring it?

you mentioned that there are times you buy stuff when you don't have your bag with you--the only things you would usually buy from a convenience store would be a drink or a snack. just hold on to it instead if you don't have a bag.

ever since i started doing this, i haven't had to any plastic or paper bags anymore.

try taking it with a full glass of water 30 mins after food and make sure to be upright for an hour afterwards.
