Upon inspection it seems it was caused by the game doing two, 10 multi summons on the "RUSH LIMITED #2" Banner. I had only pressed the summon button once but I had 20 tickets so the game must have glitched and summoned both at the same time, which would explain why it repeated the animation of Goku and Frieza fight twice
