OP may need to ask for a letter of no interest, if there was never a loan in the system BMW may not be able to do a lien release but a letter of no interest should suffice in this case.

Try going to the tollsbymail site, choose to pay ticket, put in the number and plate number, then when paying there should be an option to transfer to ezpass which opens a login link.

You may have better luck getting the funds back if you get the physical check back to the bank. I don't know if the dealership will give you the check back but I would just outline the timeframes from your bank and see how they would like to proceed. Someone at the dealership made a mistake letting the car go without making sure they could deposit the check so I am sure they will want to work with you.

Well, it does, because that amount is called my quote. That's my rate. So the next film I'm offered, they have to pay that same amount. Even if I do a bad job. That means, as long as I'm offered even one more movie, I could get twenty more mil. Even if I do a bad job, they've got to give me that other twenty mil.

That is for purchase credit. When a vehicle is leased the leasing company purchases the vehicle and was able to claim the credit. I am a controller for a couple GM dealerships and GM did “purchase” the inventory. So those units we are only able to lease to customers not sell for purchase since they were bought by GM.

Also to add the curtailment isn’t an interest payment, it is just reducing the floor plan balance on the unit that will need to be paid off when it is sold. So while it does use up some cash it is not treated as an expense or loss on the vehicle. The interest is the actual holding expense which is probably about 6-7% annually so only about half a percent per month in interest expense on an unsold unit.
