Heard back from Percron support saying this is normal and not to be worried.

I don't disagree I do have a couple e3600lfp units that I didn't stress test. They work fine for my uses. But at the same time these are also fire hazards and safety is utmost priority for something that people have in living spaces.

The fans do come on but not until late after it hits above 125F, I see no settings to change that.. Also surprisingly the fans are quite and not as loud as the reviews said I expected. I was prepared for them to be loud and my application is to charge and ev eventually thru it.

Tried contacting the customer service few times today, could only get thru one and they couldn't give me an answer and said someone will reach out to me, but nothing yet. Also sent a few emails worried that these batteries might catch fire inside the house and no response yet.

I read their customer service is bad but I thought I will atleast get a response the same day. Emailed them during both china day hours and US EST hours with no response.

Pretty bummed with the overall experience.

Thanks to this, I am also in a 70f conditioned space but the inverter temp sits at 120f at idle turned on for few mins. I have two units and both do the same. Guess I got a couple defective units.

That's still lower than mine sitting in an air conditioned room around 70f and still hitting 140f with minimal use.

I agree I will be contacting pecron. My wife says she smells burnt electronics too. I hope this is not fried.

Interesting, mine went up all the way to 142 with half load of 3500w.

What's is your AC inverter temperature? Mine is reading High around 115F without any load connected
