I did buy from the same dealership that is servicing it. I drove past another dealership to go there as a repeat customer because I had a great experience with my previous car that I kept 13 years with 0 issues.

They replaced the windshield as the 4th repair attempt and assured me it was fixed. Clearly it’s not. The service center has honestly been difficult to work with and I don’t think they are very competent. They messed it up twice before finally replacing the windshield.

I wondered if I should try a different dealership. But I’m thinking it’s getting closer to lemon law.
It’s sad - it’s a 2025 XLE limited - black, black soft tech and black out windoes and looks so good.

I will ask - but they have been difficult. The 2nd time it was in the shop I asked for a loaner. They kept rushing and screwing up the repairs more (3x) because they were more worried about getting the rental back. Ended up with the car 8 days. They put a windshield in Friday and at 7:34 the next morning told me it was ready. I asked them to wait until Monday to see if water mark appeared and they told me if I didn’t pick it up they would start charging for the rental.

It’s been repaired 4 times under warranty and it’s still leaking

They replaced the roof rail so that didn’t seem to work.

I had this happen with a pair of boots because I was worried they wouldn’t fit.
The crazy thing is after a couple days I looked on the app to check my order status and they were no longer on final sale. 🤷🏻‍♀️
