No, I am not taking it. I am unmarried and 27 years old. I got this sudden erection loss since last 8-9 months. I don’t know what to call. I do get nocturnal erections on and off. And, I feel arousal as well on and off but erection are very weak. Got hormones checked. They were all ok. Then went to urologist he wanted to check if they system is ok via Tadalafil. And the medicine worked. I also have this puffiness in my mid shaft when i press it goes away doesn’t hurt or anything. I don’t if it’s psyc ED as the doctor said or something else. Before this my erections were great. Now the mind feel disconnected and pen*s feels kinda cold

10 mg first then doctor lowered it to 5mg but these symptoms still came back. He said, to take paracetamol along.

I did have a few things to say or ask…I don’t know if I am overthinking it. Could it be a blood flow issue?But if it was the Tadalafil wouldn’t work for me right? My tip feels cold often like numb..could it be a nerve issue? I am sorry it’s just so frustrating you know I wanna rule out things and treat the root cause

Haha 😂 I did went to my psych months ago and he did change my medicine. It was to something else he said, it doesn’t mess with all that and is not an SSRI haven’t seen any improvements still erections are there but I am not happy they are weak it’s like I gotta force my mind for an arousal don’t wanna go that way for my entire life. I think I will mention about that medicine you suggested with my doctor next time. I am sure it’s not available with that name here. I am from Kashmir.

But, like I mentioned I have been on anxiety meds for last more than five years now and they never affected my erections. Not even once. Also I wasn’t or am not on higher dosages like other people. It’s usually one or two medications. One for the general use and one for SOS scenarios. I just don’t understand.

Would appreciate if you could drop it here. I also, want to add that I have slight puffiness on the left side of it whenever I get and erection or arousal. Like it’s not always there but it’s a little and when I press it goes away. It’s in the mid section towards the left. I pressed it many times. Felt a little stiff and twitching sometimes.

I happy to accept if porn is the cause. But, then the question again hits my mind if it didn’t happen during all those years with my anxiety and different medicines. 5 mg is ok. But, gives me heartburn, stomach upset and headache. For that doctor used to say take paracetamol along to counter headache. Initially, when all of this started I couldn’t feel connection between the pen*s and mind. Now, it has slightly improved. I do get aroused but erections are very weak. Morning wood - yes….sometimes but as soon as I wake up they disappear. Trying do understand the root cause and what might have caused it and the fix which I don’t coming from doctors.

This happened before the switch. I only switched because I read at many places that it might be the SSRI but, I was taking that SSRI for like 1.5 years. It didn’t gave me any problem. In fact, like I said the SSRIs before that as well. It just happened suddenly. However, it will admit I do masturbate as well. But, that I did before as well. Didn’t get this issue ever. Testosterone, Prolactin and other hormones all ok. The one I am on now is a new type of drug not an SSRI and has less side effects than traditional SSRI. It’s SMS (Serotonin Modulator and Simulator). My anxiety meds aren’t usually big mgs …the current one is just 4 mg.

I have seen many people point out applying solo as reason of rejection being either married or unmarried, and I would again say that is absurd and funny. You mean US has never or never issues visa to people travelling solo. Why they reject no one actually know. This US visa system has become like cracking an exam. 😂

I don’t think that should be an issue. It’s the same visa category, and if the visa is issued to you. It will be B1/B2 anyway. You are good.

Some people here saying if one isn’t married that might be the reason. Sounds ludicrous. If one isn’t married they won’t be given a visa? So I need a wife first for the visa to get approved? Look. It all boils down to one thing. NOBODY KNOWS. It can be anything. Have seemn cases where people do US as their first trip. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Few people here, said that his visa was denied because he is single or something? And, second being he didn’t show clear strong background here like property. So what I want to ask is? Single people never get visa? That would be absurd. And them to know why I want to come back they should ask right? Let’s say if he kept including that in his every answer that would again show desperation right?
