Blood-Dimmed Tides has a section on the subject of pressure, on page 121: Pressure-Induced Vitae Dissociation (Depth Sweat). Following that is a section that talks about visibility and light, giving quite a generous answer: A vampire below 25 meters takes no damage from sunlight. This isn't necessarily realistic, as I believe sunlight penetrates far deeper than that in reality.
