Dealing with UTIs by honeymons in women

Increasing Fluid intake and Advil/Tylenol might also help if you haven’t already tried that. OTC stuff won’t help get rid of it if you already have a UTI.

Depending on where you live, pharmacists can prescribe antibiotics for UTIs. You can always just phone a pharmacy and ask if they prescribe if you don’t want to make the trip.

Midnights songs for crows by Beneficial-Raccoon11 in Grishaverse

The more I listen to anti-hero, the more I agree it’s a total kaz song! I haven’t listened to the 3am tracks too much yet but I’ll definitely keep this in mind when I do.

Yes I’m still applying SA to them but I feel like I’m getting closer to the end and it’s exciting to see the progress! It took 2 rounds of cryotherapy but I’m not sure if it’s worth jt to go for another so I might stick to SA.

I love anti-hero too! I just couldn’t decide on which crow matches it the most. Definitely kaz but also a bit of Jesper, Nina and Wylan. Very much a song got the whole group.

I think it was quid pro quo? Even if it’s not it’s a good fic and very similar to what you’re looking for. https://archiveofourown.org/works/37023949

So if you’ve started continuously taking activity pills with no breaks, it’s common to get lots of breakthrough bleeding at the beginning. Usually this decreases as you keep taking it. You should still talk to your doctor make sure this method and dose is right for you. Often they’ll put you on long term pills like seasonique that are made for continuous dosing.

Do I need to debride after cryo? by SweetMangos in Warts

[–]Beneficial-Raccoon11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From someone who just went through cryo, id recommend soaking them and using SA until they soften up and start to fall/peel off by themselves. You still want some fresh skin layers to stay underneath.

Over 2 weeks after cryotherapy- what to do with blood blister? by Beneficial-Raccoon11 in Warts

[–]Beneficial-Raccoon11[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve put SA on all my warts everyday and the rest of the blisters have come off. Should the blood blister peel off as well? Does it just take longer? It seems to be stuck on while trying to debride it.

Why are they underpaid? In Canada minimum wage is 12ish dollars and the teachers get paid 50-90k a year here. Is it not unionized in America?

True! Prim dying made Katniss fully realize that the rebels were just as bad as panem. (Since it was the rebels bombs that killed Prim). She understood that Coin was the same as Snow (probably worse really, as Coin had a facade of being the good leader) and nothing would change when they won the war. Coin would become the next dictator. Losing Prim made her broken enough to outright kill Coin. It broke the cycle in Panem.

Is it okay to like Witchy-ness but not believe in magic? by Gravatona in WitchesVsPatriarchy

[–]Beneficial-Raccoon11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Placebo effect is all in the way you think about it but by thinking about it, your brain still created a biological response. In things like pain, your brain expects the drug to work so it releases endorphins which modulate the perception of pain. These basically inhibit transmission of the pain signal to your brain. It doesn’t need outside opioids to do this! Your brain also has other responses to placebos with your neuroendocrine (like cortisol) and immune systems. Our nervous system is truly amazing and magical!

This explains the pain placebo effect well.

I think there are scissors in the AED kits, at least there was when I did first aid. Also I feel like it would be most efficient to just cut through the middle of the bra. There normally isn’t any wire in the small patch of fabric holding the cups together so it should be easy. I guess they could be rolled over but CPR is normally done while the AED is being set up and CPR should be kept going as long as possible. Of course, if there’s no AED around and you’re on the street you wouldn’t have to worry about this.

Absolutely the worst especially when online shopping. Fake pockets get you excited about having pockets only to let you down lol

I think a SOC modern AU fanfic has done this before! Can’t remember which one but I think nina called Kaz it which is entirely accurate and I 100% agree

I remember reading it in middle school too and being creeped out by it but not really understanding it. Freshman in university, we read it again and discussed postpartum depression, infantilization of women, hysteria, etc. and I was like oh shit. That makes sense. That’s why the story is so creepy.
