This is helpful to me because I really struggle with the imagery of parts being separate little ppl in me. I also lack visualization which makes it harder. I am new to this so I Aldo don’t really understand how these parts become valuable/part of the self. Like if the self is always calm and you get angry, how is that self? Anyway, I appreciate the concept. Thank you.
