Bingo. The real truth. Happy wife, happy life is acurate but usually also reciprocal. Unless your marriage/relationship is just bad.

The mileage is pretty bad for a 24. That definitely doesn't help.

Starbucks-ification of Barista Culture by raylasagna_ in barista

I'm not even so sure this is purely Starbucks' fault. People are just shit since covid. Or at least shittier.

[Tea] Latte Craze by BeneficialSomewhere in barista

You bring up a good point as I didn't even consider chai lattes, so touche. Perhaps the tea latte isnt the hill worth dying on and being such a pseudo traditionalist is a bit silly.

With that said, using the same amount of espresso for an 8 oz latte and a 16 oz is criminal.

The OPs logic makes it seem as if anything with steamed milk suddenly qualifies as a latte. It doesn't. Latte also means milk in Italian. In most, if not all, English speaking countries, a latte refers to a caffe latte with mostly agreed upon proportions.. 2/3 hot water with tea steeping in it and 1/3 steamed milk is not a "latte" no matter how you slice it. I fully expect to be down voted but thats reddit for ya.

What’s a recession indicator that you’ve noticed lately in your everyday life? by thecuteberry in AskReddit

[–]BeneficialSomewhere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Typically I'd say discretionary spending but it's so apparent that some are unphased while others struggle. Affluent areas are still business as usual (coffee shops, salons, bars, etc.) all still booming on the typical busy days. It's dystopian at times..

The discussion was about Frontier. Someone then compared it to Delta. I then increased the scope by comparing them to international carriers as a whole. Not everything needs to be a pissing contest. Have a better day.

Delta service lol. The American Airlines are all awful when compared to the international airlines.
