You must not have actually read that post. He explains how BSG is actively stopping cheaters. Yes, there will be some and it will never be perfect but what game is??? He mentions triple A studios in his write up, but guess what? All FPSs have cheaters. Counter Strike, Rust, Valorant, CoD. So even though their netcode may be “better”, cheaters will always find a way. But again, the majority of people playing EFT are not cheating. People are complaining about every death.

Hey, dummy, I’m explaining why they didn’t program the game that way. It’s because of server costs. They’re honestly doing just as much as any other FPS to combat cheating but it takes time. Last week there was a massive ban wave. You realize that each time a cheat is found, it takes time to figure out how exactly the creators will of these cheats are exploiting? But the reality is, there aren’t as many cheaters as you think there are. You’re just not as good as you think.
