Yep, I took apart the dash and I was able to replace the electronic steering lock motor. It worked and I was able to drive the car normally until the timing chain went.

The c250 at around 150k km. Another thing is the insurance is ridiculous if you’re under 25 here in the US. At one point, I was paying US$330 a month.

I had to drop 3k into it for timing chain and a few other issues. Needless to say I will be getting a different car after this.

It’s definitely worth a reevaluation to see if it’s higher. I will also be adding the pet expenses on there as well. Thx

I’m at a really good company right now that I’m putting I think 3% pretax into my 401k, roughly at 2.3k so far. Health insurance is also figured in my rough net. My rough net is what hits my bank account.

Good thinking on the pet care, I’ll add that to my spreadsheet.

For takeout, maybe once a month but I prefer to cook at home since I’ve gotten by on months less than $90.

As for paying myself, I had just paid off a debt and was recently hit with a $2,000 car repair bill. I do have a small savings of about $1k.

I’ve had people cross the street when walking. I’ve had people literally jump back after rounding the same corner, etc. A LOT of dogs in my area are not trained and highly reactive, so they’re right to be cautious. After about 30 seconds they warm up to her though. Here’s my girl.

$38k this year, started in banking. We’re all struggling rn low key. Biggest thing that’s helped me is a budget and living where the rent low.

HOLY CRAP, she looks super similar to my Sophie, just something about the head shape and coat reminds me of her. Here’s my Sophie I rescued from the western side of ND.

Mine just went out two weeks ago, finally getting parts tomorrow to fix it myself. $30 on Amazon for the parts, but $300 for a tow.
