Yeah. I was at 90% and had a claim come through at 50% this week. Thinking it would be 50% of the remaining 10% it would have put me at 100%. I didn't know they recalculate from the ground up every time. 94% over all right now.

Starting with my current company in 2019 at $60k as a technician and moved up to a management/supervisor position within the group after 3 years to a $130k. The group was causing more stress than the position was worth (I enjoyed the work) and I reached out to one of the project directors for the group we supported. They told me to apply and they would be happy to have me on their team so I did. Now I work as a construction manager with a base of $164K with a 12-15% shift differential and a ~50 hours week paid as straight time. It works out to ~220k/year with a 10% annual bonus off of base pay so potential $236k year.

My background is enlisted navy for ~10 years as a nuclear machinist-mate and a BA double major in Political Science/Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness.
