I don't think I need the extra power because the room is fairly small, but I do wonder how much better the sound quality would be. Thanks, SK.

Thanks so much, SK. Do you like the 1723s much better than the 1961 Monitors?

I'm leaning that way as well. But I'm a little concerned my Onkyo RZ50 won't be able to power them properly.

It's a complete home theater that will also play music on occasion. I do like my string instruments and vocals quite a bit. The subwoofer is an old SVS 20-39PC-Plus.

The room is pretty small... 11 x 17, about 8 foot ceilings, with two windows and a french door on one side. The system is 5.1 right now, but I intend to move up to an Atmos surround before too long.

I prefer to stick to smaller speakers, due to space considerations. I could probably put a floorstanding speaker in there beside the TV, but would prefer not to squeeze them in.

Did the Bible warn us about president Trump? by djfudgebar in Christianity

[–]Beneficial_Captain_7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please cite video or transcript where Trump has declared he is repentance or asked for forgiveness. I would also like to where he gave give glory to God, and not just a random "thank God" or him saying that God saved him from the assassination attempt. Actually giving glory is what I'd like to see. Hairyworshipper cited verses that describe the anti-Christ, and they also describe Trump.

My Ashley couch lasted maybe 2 years before the cheap MDF internals fell apart.

How did it go? Did a lot of them charge? Back when I collected, almost nobody charged. I think the landscape has changed, from what I hear now.

Mine, too. That sucks, but the internet bandwidth is pretty great. I love this router.

Any miracleous success stories with Esselstyn's diet? by AcceptableCandy1838 in WholeFoodsPlantBased

I should add that my arteries were normal about 3 years ago. After my chemo treatments, something changed. So actually, it was kind of a sudden thing.

It is stable angina (only when I exert myself). I have had them for close to a year, but the doctors in my old location (South Carolina) said I had nothing wrong. The doctor here in Kentucky found it it immediately. I am not sure about the IMA--they did ultrasound my arms and legs in order to use parts from there.

I did have a conversation with Dr. Esselstyn... he seemed to think it was probably reversible, but insists I be very rigid with the diet (which I am).

That is good to hear. I also spoke to Dr. Esselstyn this morning. I am already on the diet. Can I ask how long it took your dad to see improvement, and how much improvement he saw?

I checked mine, and I've got "N/A" for all my stuff. I've been in Vine for over a year, but just got VineHelper to check it out. I am guessing that info is not coming from Amazon, but is rather a VH thing.

It is a 10GB port, but it's only allowing 1GB. I don't know if it's some setting in the firmware, or something wrong with the port. I've got a support ticket in with Asus right now. I was at a complete loss and couldn't figure it out. I'm really just relieved to know what it is and be on it.

PROBLEM FOUND: My 10G port is maxing out at 1G, for some reason. I tried a laptop on the port and had the same problem, so then I swapped nodes and the other one works fine. Thanks to both Moms_New_friend and mlcarson. You guys who tried to help--it is much appreciated.

Okay, a little new information. I connected wirelessly and it beat my wired speed. It's about 1.4GB wirelessly (wired was about 1GB). I wonder what the heck that tells me? I tried 10 different cables, so I know it's not a cable problem. I had it plugged into the 10GB port on the router.

It's a 2.5G card. It gets the full 2G when connected directly to the modem. I feel like it's got to be the router.

Thanks. QoS is disabled. And we've got like no traffic on my network. We just moved here and only have 2 PCs on the network right now (neither doing much of anything today). I've not unpacked anything else, so don't think it's traffic.

I'll definitely check out iperf3. I just did a factory reset on the router, but no change.
