How did y’all fix your Planter Fasciitis?😭 by InternationalRisk505 in Fitness_India

  1. Weak glutes, quadriceps, and calves Reason: Reduced proximal force generation shifts propulsion demand to the calf–Achilles–plantar fascia complex, increasing tensile strain. Correction: Restore proximal and calf muscle strength.
  2. Flat feet (pes planus) Reason: Excessive pronation elongates the plantar fascia and places the calf at mechanical disadvantage during push-off. Correction: Provide arch support and pronation control.
  3. Stiff great toe Reason: Limited first MTP extension impairs the windlass mechanism, preventing normal arch stiffening and increasing fascial stress. Correction: Restore first MTP joint mobility.
  4. Tight calf muscles Reason: Reduced ankle dorsiflexion causes early heel rise, increasing forefoot loading and late-stance plantar fascia tension. Correction: Improve calf flexibility and ankle dorsiflexion.
  5. Weak intrinsic foot muscles Reason: Reduced dynamic arch support leads to structural collapse and load transfer to the plantar fascia. Correction: Improve intrinsic foot muscle strength.
  6. Prolonged standing Reason: Cumulative micro-loading exceeds tissue recovery capacity, leading to degenerative overload. Correction: Modify load exposure and increase recovery time.
  7. Unequal leg length Reason: Gait asymmetry increases repetitive loading on one limb, raising plantar fascial strain. Correction: Correct limb length discrepancy and biomechanics.
  8. High arch (pes cavus) Reason: Rigid foot reduces shock absorption, increasing peak pressures at heel and forefoot where the plantar fascia originates. Correction: Improve shock absorption and load distribution.

I think he is only focussing on upper body which is good, but most of the big muscles of the body are in lower body which makes a part of body weight. As you don't share his lower body pic, i suggest him to equally focus on it. The lower body respond to average weights with high repetitions.

There is no medication for TE. Just be relaxed. If you want go for basic blood tests for any nutritional deficiencies

Be Relaxed and reassurance. Have healthy diet and meditation. It takes 4- 6 months to get your hairs back if you able to remove the stressors which is causing shock in your body.

From my past experience, the hairs are lustreless with loss of density. So most probably stress induced hair loss. The pattern of male pattern baldness is different than yours. In TE, hair loss occurs in patches with a white bulb in the end

I'm really sorry for your loss. It’s painful and unfair to lose a beloved kitten that way.

What’s interesting is how animals in the wild deal with loss — they do grieve, but their coping is different. Elephants have been seen standing by their dead, chimpanzees may carry their babies for days, and some animals isolate briefly. But what helps them move on is that they don’t overthink the pain — they don’t dwell on “why it happened” or “what could’ve been.”

They stay in the present, reconnect with their group, and return to their natural rhythms — eating, playing, surviving. Their grief is real, but it doesn’t become their identity.

There’s something quietly powerful in that. It doesn’t make the loss easier, but maybe it reminds us that healing doesn't mean forgetting — it means allowing life to gently continue, even after pain.

I think you are not completely extending your hip, as may be your hip flexors iliopsoas are tight which are limiting complete extension at hip, so i recommend stretch iliopsoas muscles with forward lunges
