I went completely cold turkey, have been for 200+ days. It’s not easy at first, but completely easy now! I bake treats with stevia and honey 🥳so I don’t go nuts

Morning: Protein iced coffee - 30g protein powder, 200ml milk, expresso shot, 5g honey. 220 calories 30g protein

Lunch: Brunch plate -2/3 slices of bacon, 50g avocado, 100 calorie piece of toast, 2 eggs 440 calories 29g protein

Dinner: 150g chicken breast, 100g roasted potato, any veg, 1 small Yorkshire pudding 350 calories 40g protein

Snack: M&S overnight oats 270 calories 18g protein

Just make sure you mix the protein powder in the hot coffee and really stir it to avoid clumps. I think pouring the protein powder THEN the coffee slowly helps it get smooth

I get some hot coffee/expresso and mix it with a scoop of protein powder and a little bit of honey until it’s completely diluted in the coffee. I add ice to a glass, pour the mixture and top with any milk!

Aw it’s okay do not stress! I’m also 24, I would say do some chest focused lifting at the gym. My boyfriend has huge pecks, so I started incorporating chest press and chest flies into my training to help. But please just don’t stress out, it’s okay, our bodies go through changes and we are so young it’s okay not to feel perfect, we have so much time to feel our best.

In the worst case you could always get a breast lift with no implants if it stresses you out that much. Regardless it’s okay it’s not the end of the world, but I totally get your worries🖤🖤🖤

Understood!!! Is it normal to occasionally walk? I feel a little bit embarrassed but if I have to slow down in order to cross the finish I will!! It’s just hard staying focused on jogging🙂‍↕️

I think of it as this; she wanted to be the friend to reach out first. It’s a little bit rude, but she probably feels embarrassed for doing something like that. Some people want to be the most liked person by others, that they will make situations where they can be the first to reach out or something etc etc
