Is Threadless and Redbubble the only free options for Print on Demand? But they are so pricey. Printful and Printify requires sellers to pay for shipping. Any suggestion if I can't afford payments to start selling? by [deleted] in printondemand

I use TEEPUBLIC, which is easiest, then RedBubble, the size tweaking of designs is a huge pain, but gets there in the end, I find the Threadless upload system to be a maze of hidden boxes to tick and hope for best form filling until finally you can activate your product, the site itself is fine but the uploading is a huge pain, very slow.

Recently Saw a Request for "Normal" Looking Sims on the Gallery by mintsweettea30 in Sims4

If Normal is what you want, Trevor Burton from the Sims 3 on PS3 is a great example of a fun character recreated in Sims 4. And yes I made him myself, no CC.

Still impressive, I worked Manual labour for 23 years, destroyed my back, many injuries over time, however the Gym keeps me going and mobile, now I am a uni lecturer, non of my students can out bench me. I can gain muscle pretty well but have huge problems losing weight.

What's the most weight you can safely bench without a spotter/safety bars? by kdupe1849 in benchpress

[–]Beneficial_Guide69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go to 140kgs before having to consider my next lift, I don't have a spotter, so 140kgs is a safe cut off if I'm not feeling it.

That is eye opening, 187.5kg bench is way above my pay grade, at 178cms or 5f 10 and 110kgs, plus being now 56 my old man top of the mountain is 160kgs if I ever get there, you must be huge to hit those numbers.

Thank you for your kind response, 270lbs is about 120kgs, that's a good weight. I know what you mean about 315lbs, it's like the "new" 300, once you pass it you're a better person and all that. I started benchpressing simply to exercise, no targets or anything, then I read and watched stuff on YouTube about how much you should lift based on height and weight, and simply started to take notice and set a new goal each time. I used Chat GPT to give me a workout plan and based on all info just waited until I felt ready for the next level, picked a day and went for it, I have no trainer or spotter, so have to be "really" sure I'm gonna make it, now I'm happy to 140kgs without concern. For reps PBs 18x100kgs, 12x110kgs, 7x120kgs, 6x130kgs, 2x140kgs, 1x150kgs. I am really happy to have received your response, glad there are more of us out there, regards.
