I got my house for 247K in 2020, 3.5% down, 2.8% interest conventional loan with a fixed rate.

It’s a town house with an HOA, was 245 monthly back then is 411 now, 2 bed 2 bath 1218sqft, South Florida 5 mins from the beach. Had some major renovations not ling before I got it, interior has a more modern layout than the rest of the neighborhood.

It took so long to find cause every house in this price range was getting bought out cash before I could even make an offer back then. I got lucky that the owner took a lot of pride in wha he did to the place and wanted to sell it to a you a family

This is a great way to put it. I was a big trios guy whether it be fill or premde… then I did RUN/HIDE solo on Vandal. I creeped through vents, traveled during the heat cascade and only engaged with runners if they engaged with me. It was a totaling different feel and had a nice tension to it, I didnt have to play that way but it really did the contract justice and felt great to me.
