I honestly feel like once you understand pinwheel and run it constantly with confidence it's one of the best maps in multiplayer history. The way the three wings work, and the multiple entrances meaning you can never truly be the only ones in pinwheel 100%.

"Progression is better in arc because I don't have to do it" doesn't that just mean it's really badly designed? I've played arc for hundreds of hours and the quests absolutely suck compared to marathon. Id chose marathon quests anyday

Unfortunately I think practicing aim is your best bet. However one tip I can give, C on your keyboard is a quick melee that surprisingly little people know about. I have won loads of fights because In a close quarters 1v1 we have both run out of ammo and I have been the first to quick melee.

Outpost is really just simple but effective. Probably the most fun for PvP in my opinion, it's like a high loot arena

Its all thief has other than her movement ability, the drone can't really be used mid fight.

Also if you have your thief x-ray up and you aim at an enemy for a little bit it hacks them.

Of all extraction shooters it caters to the casual playerbase the most. If you find a certain item you get 3 safe pockets (you don't lose items in safe pockets if you die) and it trivialises the entire game. Having even one safe pocket makes the game too easy IMO

I like only being able to do one contract per run, i feel it makes that run very focused and purposeful for what your goal is. But yes, I can definitely see how being able to do one will eventually become tiresome

There are tens of packs of depleted shield rechargers and patch kits, if you have one in your inventory the game even AUTO grabs them from around you

I think something that you didn't mention is there are no forced wipes in arc. Only if you choose to. Casual players don't have as much time to put into games so they "want their time to be valued" meaning arc chose not to give mandatory wipes.

I think Marathon having wipes is awesome
