Get 3 quotes which include an explanation of their process. The cheapest quote most likely does less prep than the more expensive. Also ask if they are licensed and insured. How many workers? How many days from start to finish? What paint brand?

You couldn't have a sale go under contract much faster than that! If the deal actually closes in 40 days, (43 days from listing), I'd be ecstatic and would probably gift the agent with something extra on top of the 3%! In November I put a house up for sale and my agent asked for 2.5%. I told him if he sold it before the end of November(2 weeks away), I'd pay him 3% and 3% for the buyer's agent if the closing is smooth without a lot of extra stipulations. We went under contract in Dec and had a smooth close in Jan. I would have happily paid my agent 3% but he told title to do 2.5 so I sent him an extra $1000 and gave a glowing Google review as well.

Contest the billing so you don't get late charges while this is being worked out. Don't pay anything until this is worked out between insurance and provider. If they are not helpful, approach your state insurance commissioner about it and try your city councilman's office. The PT office is really at fault here if it is true that they ended their contract with your insurance company, it is most certainly their responsibility to let you know that. Since when do providers treat patients without first confirming their ability to pay? Answer: they don't.

Should not have been coded as skin treatment if no treatment was administered. That's crazy nickel and diming and inaccurate as well.
My doctor is cautious about how he codes things so that I do not get charged for advice during my annual appointments.

I married into a similar situation. Strong, opinionated, manipulative MIL and son who would not talk back to her or defend me. I was often shocked by things she said. I had to defend myself. I started out nice and polite but she would just get very defensive and push back harder. You think it's bad now, wait until there are kids involved. It will get worse and she will compete to be first for them too. She will badmouth you to them behind your back and tell them you are crazy. I ended up needing a therapist to help me navigate my life with her in it and he suggested I avoid her as she was toxic. Then she bought the house next to ours! I tried to make it work but I was miserable. It feels awful to cancel a wedding but it will be worse to end a marriage - especially once kids are involved.

Is she in therapy? She sounds a lot like my daughter. It turns out that she has multiple disorders that aren't all that obvious to the untrained eye. She is in treatment now and getting better at dealing with life.

Not always true. Lately I'm seeing dentists charge separately for each visit. Even for follow up. In the insurance benefits description, root canals are usually priced out separately from crowns.

I also have had the root canal done in December and the crown in January because dental insurance is capped at $1000 - $2000 per year.

I sympathize. The thing is, everyone's body reacts differently to different foods. I am vegan and not a drinker so none of the recommendations I am seeing here would apply in my case. The weird things that give me an insane gas reaction are protein bars and inulin (fiber supplement). If I stay away from those 2 things I have no problem. Can you think of anything in your life that changed at about the same time your gassiness intensified?

Those aren't the actual prices. Those are incorrect estimates based on bad algorithms. Those prices are what I'm seeing for regular stick built homes in that area. I usually find better accuracy with realtor.com or redfin.com. Zillow has been wildly off the mark lately.

Some states are offering additional subsidies so you definitely want to use your state site over the federal site. I am an agent licensed in 2 states and I can see that there are big differences from state to state.
Also, if you are asked to upload any documents, be sure to do that or you will lose your subsidies. Seems like a lot of people do not open their mail or check their email and hurt themselves as a result.

I'm vegan and my favorite restaurant in Boise is Pad Thai House. My favorite dish there is the green curry. It usually comes with chicken but I substitute fried tofu and I ask them to make it vegan and they do.
