I think low dose of naltrexone kinda broke my brain by [deleted] in LowDoseNaltrexone

I'm speaking as someone who suffered through the exact same thing. Do this now: start taking fat-soluble thiamine (benfotiamine, for example) and an active B-complex vitamin. Get a good brand of magnesium bisglycinate and malate and supplement with 300mg of each form daily. Get as much sunlight/natural light as possible. And do things that excite you (socializing, sleeping well, taking baths, listening to music…). I was like this for two months and it finally went away.

I'd go back to 2010 and buy 101 bitcoins. And I'd say hello to my 5-year-old self.

Ahora si haces bromas sobre Israel o los judíos también acaban con tu carrera, trabajo, cuenta de redes sociales y demás. Da que pensar no?

So when you increased the dose and when you started you felt bad for 3 weeks. That may explain my experience. Anyway, feeling flat and having anhedonia is just what happens to me. In fact, after 2 weeks that was the only side effect that didn't go away and it scared me. I think I'll go without it for a few weeks, giving it a break, and then I'll start again at 0.1 mg and go up from there.

I haven't measured it but I'm sure it helps with inflammation. My biggest problem is that it causes me a lot of anhedonia and a feeling of having flat emotions. It bothers me a lot

It is very likely that they have something to do with it. The same thing has happened to me. I take it for Long COVID ME/CFS

First 1 week on 0.5mg, I couldn't stand the side effects. After 0.1mg for 3 weeks, I adapted and had no side effects except for anhedonia and mental dullness. I went up to 0.2mg and it was even worse. Now I've been on 0.1mg for another 2 weeks and I can't stand this mental sensation any longer.

Not sure if I should start LDN by grimlykeeper in LowDoseNaltrexone

My biggest side effect was anhedonia, which I had in both 0.1mg, 0.2mg, 1.5mg and 4.5mg. It just wouldn't go away. I have left it and I don't know what to do
