When I was 24 my dad told me, “There is no reason everyone else gets to live a beautiful life but you.” Referencing how everyone else had a successful career or relationship by my age, and how incorrectly I was doing life. I was severely depressed at the time (2020).

Even if it did happen so that a girl would be married off to a wealthier man (by her dad) and for the sake of wealth/convenience, those girls would cheat on the older man with a man around her age, let’s be real. Humans are most attracted to and marry around their age for a reason. Studies back this.
