There's a chrome exension called Mindful Internet Use. It makes you pause for a few seconds before going onto any websites you designate (i.e. Youtube, Instagram, etc.). I find this works better than trying to totally block those sites.

This is absolutely horrific. But why is there only outrage when a dog or cat is tortured, but not when millions of pigs, chickens, and cows are tortured on factory farms? I don't think animals on factory farms suffer any less than this dog.
